健康管理研究中心

一、中心简介

健康管理研究中心以健康与护理学院的特聘教授领衔，以学院护理、临床、康复、中医、管理等学科背景的教师为骨干组成的专门研究机构。

二、健康管理的概念

健康管理是针对健康需求对健康资源进行计划、组织、指挥、协调和控的过程，即对个体和群体健康进行全面监测、分析、评估，提供健康咨询和指导及对健康危险因素进行干预的过程。其宗旨是调动个体和群体及整个社会的积极性，有效地利用有限的资源来达到最大的健康效果。其特点为标准化、量化、个体化和系统化。健康管理的具体服务内容和工作流程必须依据循证医学、循证公共卫生的标准和学术界已经公认的预防、控制指南及规范等来确定和实施。

三、发展思路

研究中心发展思路是发挥特聘在健康医学研究领域的优势资源，通过多学科融合与创新，推动健康管理研究的基础建设和创新发展；研究相关信息标准、技术标准、管理标准与质量控制及流程规范；探索健康管理服务模式及路径；开展慢病筛查、干预、管理项目及社区健康管理实践。

四、中心章程

 第一条 健康管理研究中心是在武昌理工学院健康与护理学院成立的学术研究机构，接受学校和学院的领导。

第二条 坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，团结全院教师，开展学术活动，为健康中国、健康湖北贡献力量。

第三条 健康管理研究中心的主要任务是：

1、开展学术研究，组织各种形式的学术活动。

2、加强与国内外学术团体、研究机构、研究人员的交流联系，开展合作研究。

3、 围绕健康管理研究的基础建设和创新发展，开展科学研究，组织申报各级各类科研课题，撰写发表研究论文。

4、探索健康管理服务模式及路径，开展慢病筛查、干预、管理项目及社区健康管理实践。

5、加强人才队伍建设，加强传帮带，培养青年骨干，建立一支人员充足、力量雄厚的研究队伍。
